About SETO

A practice built around being there.

We believe the right place for care is wherever a patient feels safe, known, and supported.

The name behind the care

Uncle Seto showed us what home means.

Dr. John Daly opened SETO Medical Providers in 2008. He named the practice in honor of his late Uncle Seto, who in his final years could no longer leave home to receive the care he needed.

That experience stayed with Dr. Daly. It inspired him to build a practice that goes to people in their homes—where a clinician can understand the whole picture, families can be part of the conversation, and care can feel personal again.

Today, we bring comprehensive medical services to patients across Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem counties. We meet people in private homes, senior communities, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers.

How we show up

Professional care, with room for the human part.

We listen before we rush to the next task. We explain what we are seeing, coordinate what needs to happen next, and make space for the questions families carry.

Our goal is simple: make excellent medical care easier to reach, easier to understand, and more connected to everyday life.
