Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person. The virus that causes COVID-19 is a novel coronavirus that was first identified during an investigation into an outbreak in Wuhan, China.

Seto Medical Providers now offers Telehealth! Existing and new patients, who reside in New Jersey, will be able speak to a provider via telecommunication. These appointments allow communication between patient and clinician, as well as caregivers when needed. Patients will be able to receive care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions during this pandemic. Get updates on Coronavirus/COVID-19 by listening to your state and local authorities, CDC and WHO. Stay informed, but avoid too much news, because hearing too much about the pandemic can be upsetting.

VACCINE INFORMATION

There is now an authorized and recommended vaccine to prevent COVID-19 in the United States. Currently, there is a limited supply in the US, but supply will increase in the weeks and months to come. The goal is for everyone to be able to easily get vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as large enough quantities are available. Seto Medical Providers is looking diligently into when we can begin administering vaccines to our patients.
